At Acco LED, we want you to make a well-informed purchase decision.
We go to great lengths to help you visualize the look, finish, and performance of every lighting product through real product images, detailed specifications, and video assistance.
Our support team is always happy to answer any technical, size, or shipping-related queries
before you place your order.
However, we understand that in rare cases, a product may arrive damaged or defective due to transportation or handling factors.
In such cases, we’re committed to providing a hassle-free replacement experience.
Return & Replacement Policy
- We offer replacement only, not
- You can request a replacement within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the
- Replacement is applicable only in cases of:
- Damaged or broken products received
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivery
To initiate a replacement, please email us at info@accoled.in with:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Verification & Approval
- Once we receive your replacement request, our quality team will verify the
- If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your delivery
- All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of
- Once we receive and verify the returned item at our warehouse, a replacement product
will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Important Notes
- Replacements are accepted only for manufacturing or transit-related defects.
- Minor variations in color temperature, texture, or brightness are considered normal due to production and display differences.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized repair attempts will not qualify for replacement.
- If the requested product is out of stock, a similar or equivalent item may be offered after customer confirmation.
Processing Timeline
The complete replacement process typically takes 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
