Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only for defective or incorrect items. Replacement requests must be raised within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product.

Replacement is applicable only if the product is:

  • Damaged or broken in transit
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Incorrectly delivered

How to request a replacement

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Verification & Processing

Our quality team will review your request. If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the invoice or proof of purchase.
Once received and verified at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and invoice intact.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacement orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Important Notes

  • Replacements are approved only for manufacturing or transit-related defects.
  • Minor differences in color, brightness, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
  • If the original product is unavailable, a similar or equivalent item may be offered with your approval.
