Order Processing

Small value orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

In case of high order volumes or stock availability issues, there may be a slight delay. If this occurs, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@accoled.in with your order number and photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
